· The property, business and affairs of this organization are managed and conducted by a Board of Directors.

·  We currently manage the board with 20 members, but shall be no less than 3 members.

·  Elected directors will serve a term of 3 years and to insure continuity and rotation in office, the respective terms of the board shall be elected so that 1/3 of the board will expire each year as of the date of the annual meeting of the organization, leaving 2/3 to serve in the coming year or years.

·  Officers are elected at the time of the annual meeting.

·  We meet once monthly for our regular meeting and committees and the executive board meets as needed.

·   A quorum is no less than 2/3 of the board.

Each committee works on projects and may or may not involve the whole group, with the sole purpose of carrying out the mission and vision of the board.

There shall be an Executive Committee whose members shall be the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and the immediate past President.
